Do your homework. Artegan also owned Normandy Park Senior living. They Artegan was very rude and unprofessional in the care of the residents. I have witnessed it for 2 years. Be careful. Come talk to residents here Normandy Park and they will tell you. So many people moved out due to management neglect. It's so sad.
